Delivers Packages & Features With Significantly Lower Prices
New Dial-Up Pricing Significantly Below Current Market Rates

Hamilton, Bermuda – April 6, 2004, TeleBermuda International Limited (“TBI”) formally announced the introduction of its High-Speed Broadband DSL
Internet Service for the commercial market. TBI’s service was introduced with an attractive features set combined with pricing packages that significantly reduce the cost of DSL Internet access in Bermuda. TBI’s hi-speed DSL was introduced for as little at $54.00 per month.

Effective may 1st, TeleBermuda is introducing new pricing for the commercial market for its pre-existing TBiNET Dial-up Internet service. TBI’s new pricing for the commercial market provides Dial-up Internet Access with unlimited hours for only $29.95 per month.

TeleBermuda International Limited is one of Bermuda’s leading providers of international long distance voice, data, Internet and collocation hosting services. TBI began its operations in Bermuda during 1997 and is best recognized for the low-cost delivery of its international telecommunications services.

Since TBI entered the market, Bermuda has realized significant reductions in its long distance services costing. Prior to the beginning of competition, long distance calls to the United Kingdom cost more than a $1.30 per minute. Today, TBI’s Simply the Best rate plan provides calling to Canada, the US and the UK for as little as $0.17 per minute.

As with its aggressive approach in the long distance market, it is expected that TBI will drive significant changes in the Bermuda data and Internet market. TBI’s DSL services are being introduced at rates that are 20% to 40% less than its competition. In addition TBI is offering a total of 16 DSL packages, significantly more than offered in the market today.

In real dollar terms the pricing offered by TBI provides a savings opportunity for the average, small-to-medium commercial customer of $200 to $1200 per year for Internet access - depending on the package and the type of service its customers select TBI’s new dial-up package will provide its commercial customers with annual savings of approximately $600 per year. The new pricing offered by TBI for this service is more than 50% less than its competitors best service offering.

James Fitzgerald, TBI’s President and CEO commented, “Within TBI the entire team is focused on providing TBI’s customers with the best possible service at the most affordable pricing available.
