May 2, 2005 - Quantum & TeleBermuda International Sign Network Agreement   TeleBermuda International Limited (“TBI”) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Quantum Communications Limited as an alternate provider for the local access and delivery of TBI’s international voice and data services. TBI is an established international telecommunications carrier that provides long distance voice, data, commercial Internet and collocation hosting services. Quantum is a premium facilities-based local access carrier, offering integrated telecommunications services and solutions. The agreement between the two companies will provide TBI’s commercial customers with an alternate choice for their local data and voice services delivery.   Austin Woods, CEO of Quantum, stated, “At Quantum we are a customer-focused local access solutions provider. TBI and Quantum agreed on the proposed mode of interconnection to ensure that Bermuda based customers had a complete and fully redundant, alternate network solution.
