Hamilton, Bermuda – April 6, 2004, TeleBermuda International Limited (TBI) will formally launch their NEW residential Flat Rate "ANYTIME" long distance calling plans May 7, 2004. Customers can now choose any one of six options that allows them to call Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime for ONE FLAT RATE per minute.

TBI "International Voice Services" Product Manager, Tamiko Black asserts, “We take great pride in being customer focused and totally committed to providing the Bermuda marketplace with the best available telecommunications products and services. We proactively respond to 'our customers' needs with innovative initiatives such as the new 'ANYTIME Calling Program' that offers choice and flexibility. TBI has earned a reputation for delivering quality, service and reliability, which we will continue to provide for the benefit of our diverse local and international customer base.”

Customers that wish to use their cellular phones will also be able to take advantage of TBI’s LOW Flat Rate "ANYTIME Calling Program" when making long distance calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sign-up forms are available online at www.telebermuda.com or at the TBI Customer Centre on the Corner of Reid and Queen Streets in Hamilton or at any of Bermuda’s Cell phone Service Provider’s retail locations.

TBI Advertising and promotions Manager, Glenn Blakeney admits, “Existing TBI customers have responded very favourably to the pre-launch direct mail offer to sign-up for the long distance ‘Anytime’ Flat rates and we are very encouraged with the positive feedback.”

Similarly, AT&T Wireless General Manager, Jonathan Koshar’s sentiments are indicative of a general consensus in response to TBI’s new "ANYTIME Calling Program". He states, “We’re excited to see lower long distance rates being offered by TBI to the end consumer. 'Flat rate' or 'ANYTIME' prices are the norm in the U.S. and other places because of the customer convenience feature. It doesn’t surprise me that TBI has decided to offer customers this convenience as well.”
